Shipping Services & Costs
M.D. Spares chooses Australia Post for local/Australia wide deliveries and tracks each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to your specified delivery address. Shipping costs are calculated by weight, dimension and destination and so prices will fluctuate across our product lines. This charge will be added to your total price at the check-out. Exceptionally bulky or heavy orders may be shipped using alternate courier services.
M.D. Spares makes no attempt to profit from the postage prices we charge. WE ONLY CHARGE YOU WHAT WE PAY and no costs such as shipping are worked into our product prices so you’ll always get the best overall price here at M.D. Spares.
NOTE: 'Pack&Track' is currently unavailable at this time.
M.D. Spares recommends you choose an address where someone will be present to receive your order. We DO NOT recommend safe dropping, especially for valuable items.
If you have special postage requirements such as registered post, this may be able to be made available to you if you contact us prior to placing your order. Please note: items dispatched by Australia Post WILL NOT be insured unless registered post options is chosen. M.D. Spares will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred during transit for uninsured orders.
We aim for all Australian orders to be dispatched within two days of the order being placed. Estimated delivery time for Australian orders is between 1-9 days, depending mostly on the destination of the order. We will ensure that if any unusual delays do occur with your order we will be in contact to discuss any further options available.
Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch.
Express post is available to orders being dispatched to an Australian address. This option is available to select through the check-out process and will come at a higher charge. Australia Post guarantees next day delivery within the Australia Post Express Post network.

Delivery to PO Boxes
Delivery to PO Boxes is widely available with the exception of heavy and/or bulky orders that are shipped by courier. Orders such as these must have a physical delivery address, and will need to be signed for upon delivery. We will contact you in these circumstances.
For international shipping, please contact us directly so we can provide alternate service options which may be available. Due to the complex screening process and freight arrangement, please allow 1-3 weeks for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE - Standard shipping through Australia Post carries no insurance for loss or damage. Orders consigned through Australia Post are at customers own risk.
Shipping charges will be influenced by the size and weight of your order along with the destination country. Any customs or statutory charges that may be incurred will be payable by the receiver. International orders will be dispatched within 2 days of order placement unless otherwise advised. Delivery times can vary from 1-3 weeks depending on the destination.
M.D. Spares is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
Local Pick Up
Are you close to our South Dandenong warehouse? Why not select local pick up? Save on shipping costs and time plus if you have any technical questions about your new purchase, you can ask one of our knowledgable sales team when you come to collect. Please bring your order number so we can locate your order quickly and easily. Please note: pick ups are only available Monday to Friday 8am - 6pm.
Please contact us immediately in the event of a return request.
All return requests must be placed within 30 days of the original invoice date and are subject to a 10% handling charge.
Items returned must be received back to M.D. Spares in a saleable condition, original packaging unbroken, freight pre-paid by the customer and with invoice number quoted.
Wrong Item Ordered/Change of Mind
Here at M.D. Spares we understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a product, or simply order the incorrect item. We are more than happy to organise a product exchange in these circumstances. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be made available to an incorrectly ordered item, a store credit will be issued.
Any parts specially procured will not be credited.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and/or failure and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
